Human Resources Assistant​/Assistant HR Officer

Welcome a passionate, energetic and creative individual to join our dynamic team.

Support to the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development and employee relations;

Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, tax and MPF;

Handle and process EC claims;

Prepare & consolidate various HR analysis reports for management review;

Maintain and update HR record and staff personal files;

Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;

Minimum 1 year solid HR operational experience, preferably in catering/ hospitality industry;

Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment & MPF Schemes Ordinances;

Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Immediate available is highly preferred.

Fresh graduates are also welcome.
