- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and people leaders, providing leadership, coaching, and support for employee needs and HR processes
- Assist with core People & Culture processes, including employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements
- Connect with local talent and implement the country talent management agenda
- Coach and support people leaders; assist with workforce planning and talent reviews
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and regional People & Culture projects locally
- Support communication and implementation of country-specific HR policies and procedures
- Monitor local labor legislation updates and escal
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and prepare documentation for audits or inspections
- Handle employee queries related to People & Culture policies, performance, and workplace concerns
- Coordinate disciplinary and grievance procedures with the XP Leader and L&ER CoE
- Facilitate Performance Improvement Plans and follow-up actions
- Support restructuring, RIF, and M&A processes through documentation and logistics coordination
- Assist with site assessments and labor office inspections
- Liaise with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and other People & Culture teams to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or CIPD with experience in Human Resources (as HR generalist or HRBP)
- Experience in human resources, including employee relations, talent and succession planning, performance management, and compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience with in an Industrial, manufacturing, or digital technology domain preferred
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources processes, including employee relations, talent management, and compliance with labor laws. Proven ability to implement employee engagement initiatives and support organizational change effectively.
