Personnel Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Visa and Work Permit applications with Immigration authorities worldwide.
• Track Visa and Work Permit expiry dates, proactively planning renewals and future Immigration requirements.
• Ensure personnel joining assigned installations receive accurate Visa and joining instructions.
• Prepare invitation letters, supporting Immigration documentation and Visa appointment guidance.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for Visa appointments where required.
• Verify Visa-related expenses and prepare payroll reporting in line with established deadlines.
• Maintain accurate Visa, Immigration and Passport records within company systems and databases.
• Liaise regularly with HR teams, offshore personnel and management regarding Visa requirements, processing timelines and application status updates.
• Support continuous improvement of Visa administration processes and technologies.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who ideally have previous experience in Visa, Immigration, Global Mobility or personnel administration. Experience managing Immigration processes, Work Permits and global travel documentation would be advantageous, as would knowledge of UK and international Immigration requirements.
