Join a dynamic team as a Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer! Provide critical hardware/software support, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless operations for employees in the Aberdeen office.

• Device Lifecycle:
  Image/deploy devices (Win 10/MacOS), manage hardware refresh, disposal & warranty repairs.
• Asset Operations:
  Lead inventory management, spare parts tracking, depot services & weekly reporting.

• 3-5 years IT experience
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
• A+/MCP certifications (preferred)

• Exceptional customer service
• Team collaboration skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments

• Own car + valid license
• 50 lbs lifting ability (to be able to move equipment)
