This is a work from office position for a Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to clients, resolving technical issues through troubleshooting, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed effectively. The individual will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, delivering timely resolutions, and supporting customers with personalized service. Clear communication and a commitment to exceptional customer experience will be essential in this role.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT issues effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess problems and implement efficient solutions
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• A degree or relevant certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
