About The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Solutions Architect to join our established team, as we scale to become the digital transformation partner of choice for SMBs in the UK. We’re on a mission to provide innovation, secure and efficient technology strategies across rapidly evolving digital landscapes for our growing client base.
As a seasoned and widely skilled technologist– you will confidently work across traditional on-premise IT, public cloud platforms (notably Microsoft Azure), modern workplace tooling, and emerging technology such as AI, Copilot and automation frameworks. This role is not just about designing solutions – it's about shaping the future of technology for our clients!
You will work closely with our Commercial function to engage customers, understand their challenges, and build strategic technical solutions that drive transformation. You’ll also contribute to the design and evolution of our technology stack, influencing product strategy in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer, and support delivery teams to ensure ongoing client success.
What you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis
Customer Engagement & Solution Strategy
- Engage with customers in pre-sales and discovery phases to develop tailored solution architectures that meet both current needs and future growth
- Present complex technical strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholder and executive audiences
- Collaborate with commercial teams to shape winning propositions and build customer trust
Technology Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end design of client architectures across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments
- Have a strong technical networking background to design solutions and then support through lifecycle of projects
- Develop and promote reference architectures, standards and reusable frameworks
- Stay at the forefront of new and emerging technologies; evaluate and integrate these capabilities to create competitive advantage
- Participate in customer and prospect webinars and events to help educate our base and promote Xperience as the digital transformation partner of choice
- Collaborate with the Product team to standardise designs and ensure scalable, repeatable builds that can be delivered by the projects team and implemented for customers
Security, Data & Governance
- Ensure all designs are secure-by-default, aligning with modern cybersecurity frameworks
- Support the definition and implementation of data governance, compliance, and risk management policies
- Champion secure architecture practices across internal teams and client engagements
- Write Statement of Work (SoWs), technical scopes, and delivery models in collaboration with project managers and consultants
- Work alongside engineering and delivery teams to provide architecture oversight, mentoring, and assurance through project life cycles
