Principal, Technology Consulting – Managed Detection and Response

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our MDR platform and related cybersecurity solutions. This role leads the product management organization and collaborates closely with engineering, sales, marketing, service delivery and pre-sales teams to develop innovative MDR products that address evolving market needs and deliver measurable value to our customers.

This role will have a hybrid working arrangement with travel to clients expected.

• Define the overall product vision and long-term roadmap for MDR solutions and supporting services
• Lead the product management team to execute on strategy and deliver high-impact cybersecurity products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the MDR product portfolio
• Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

• Proven experience in product management within cybersecurity or related technology fields
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of MDR platforms, cybersecurity trends and customer needs
• Experience working with pre-sales teams to support product positioning and customer engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
