Skills & Qualifications Essential
- Atleast 5+ yrs experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Familiarity with financial accounting processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (e.g., Mule Soft).
