Salesforce Consultant

Not for Profit Organisation | Remote (UK)

Salary: up to £55,000

We’re working with a values-led Not for Profit organisation that is using Salesforce to drive meaningful social impact. They’re now looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong Salesforce Admin skills to help optimise, support and evolve their Salesforce platform as the organisation continues to grow.

This is a fully remote UK-based role, offering the chance to work on genuinely rewarding projects where Salesforce is used to support communities, services and positive change.

As the Salesforce Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted internal partner to stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring Salesforce is configured, maintained and continuously improved to meet operational and reporting needs.

You’ll balance hands‑on admin work with consultancy‑style engagement, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Act as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert, owning day‑to‑day administration and platform optimisation
• Gather requirements from non‑technical stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Configure and maintain Salesforce features including flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards
• Manage data quality, security and user access, ensuring best practice governance
• Support users through training, documentation and ongoing guidance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and reporting to maximise Salesforce value
• Work with third‑party partners where required on enhancements and integrations

• Strong hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant
• Solid understanding of core Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud experience essential)
• Confident working with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide practical solutions
• Experience managing data integrity, reporting and user adoption
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or above) are highly desirable
• Experience with in Not for Profit or purpose‑driven organisations is beneficial but not essential
