We're looking for a Senior IT Field Delivery Engineer to deliver high‑quality onsite support to customers across multiple locations.

You'll work with a wide range of IT hardware and software technologies, supporting everything from desktops and laptops to servers, networks, and retail equipment. This role requires security clearance or willingness to obtain it
.

• Diagnose, repair and replace:
  PCs, laptops, printers, Servers, retail tech & peripherals
• Complete customer rebuilds and desk‑side configurations
• Support and mentor fellow engineers
• Provide cover for planned/unplanned absences at customer sites
• Achieve SLAs and performance targets
• Maintain Real Time updates via mobile device, including part movements and RMA management
• Lead and support IMAC projects
• Take part in a 24/7 on‑call rota (1:4)
• Ensure compliance with H&S, company policies, and customer processes
• Maintain company assets to a high standard

• Professional, customer‑focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with great organisational ability
• Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred
• Ability to work at height and undertake manual handling tasks
