A global, market-leading multi-billion organisation is undertaking a high-profile SAP S/4

HANA transformation across multiple international sites.

They require an experienced IT Professional Services Procurement Lead to act as the commercial authority across Systems Integrators and major transformation services engagements.

This is a commercially pivotal role sitting at the heart of a live programme - not traditional category management.

You will take ownership of commercial strategy and sourcing across:

• Global Systems Integrators.
• Large-scale ERP implementation services
• Transformation consultancy and change programmes.
• Complex resource-based and milestone-driven SOWs.
• High-value professional services negotiations.

Working closely with programme directors and senior IT leadership, you will:

• Lead competitive RFP processes.
• Negotiate sophisticated commercial constructs.
• Manage rate cards and blended resource models.
• Provide commercial challenge and risk mitigation.
• Drive milestones independently within tight timelines.

• Fast-paced, high-ambiguity programme setting.
• Significant senior stakeholder exposure.
• Politically sensitive commercial landscape.
• High inbound demand across multiple work streams.
• Requires confident, self-directed execution.

This role requires gravitas, influencing capability and the ability to operate without guard rails.

• 8+ years IT procurement / strategic sourcing experience.
• Extensive IT Professional Services negotiation experience.
• Proven track record with major global integrators.
• Strong SOW and rate card structuring capability.
• Comfortable operating within complex transformation environments.
• Calm, collaborative and delivery-focused approach.
• Software licensing experience beneficial but secondary to services depth.

• 9 - 12 month interim.
• Up to Circa £700 per day (Inside IR35).
• Predominantly remote (must be UK based) with workshops as required (London).
• Potential extension aligned to programme rollout phases.
