IT Repair Technician

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.

Duties & responsibilities:

Configuration of devices Repair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems Fitting of new parts to repair product Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android) Key Skills and requirements:
Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given. Strong Organisation skills Excellent Communication skills Teamwork and interpersonal skills Computer literate Time management skills as deadlines need to be met. Hours - 08:30 - 16:30. With option overtime available.
