Campaign Executive
LocationAberdeen, UK (Hybrid Working)
Fifth Ring is recruiting for a Campaign Executive to join our growing team in Aberdeen. The role involves hands‑on execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across Linked In, Google, Meta, and Hub Spot CRM.
This is a great opportunity for a Campaign Executive who is eager to work with the data side of marketing results and collaborate with global clients across Europe, USA, and Asia in an agency that utilises emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution- Monitor campaigns and identify ways of improvement
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to prepare and maintain the media plan
- Support the team in the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns on channels including SEO, SEM, and social media paid campaigns
- Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple channels (Linked In, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, email)
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and insights for clients
- Use data to optimise campaigns and improve results
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance to the Campaign Team
- Assist in setting up UTM parameters, and ensuring proper tagging for accurate reporting
- Maintain campaign documentation, including budgets, timelines, and performance benchmarks
- Ensure all campaign assets (ad copies, visuals, landing pages) are correctly uploaded and functioning on various platforms
- Assist the campaign team with platform audits to assess performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Conduct market research to support campaign planning and strategy
- Support proposal development by gathering insights, data, and relevant case studies
- Data-driven and capable of making decisions and suggestions based on data analysis
- Some experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in the B2B industry
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrable digital marketing skills
- Knowledge of at least one social media monitoring and measurement tool
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and campaign management on at least one of these platforms:
Linked In Ads, Instagram, Google Ads or Meta Ads - Foundational understanding audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail: ability to set up campaigns correctly, ensuring tracking are properly implemented
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Technology literate
- Previous experience with Hubspot or Google Analytics
- Understanding of the digital landscape
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and / or Adobe Illustrator
- Presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Calm under pressure
- Formal qualification in communications, marketing, journalism or equivalent
- Collaborates across teams
