** Your Role:
** Provide strategic technology leadership across the firm's Client Engagement Platforms portfolio, defining architecture, technology roadmaps and target-state capabilities that support long-term business objectives.  The role is accountable for shaping the future of client engagement technologies, spanning CRM, Marketing Automation, client servicing, digital engagement, data and AI-enabled capabilities.  Acting as a trusted adviser to senior business and technology leaders, the Senior Principal Architect guides platform strategy, investment decisions and transformational technology initiatives.  

The role establishes architectural standards, promotes modern composable and API-driven approaches, and ensures the organisation maintains a scalable, resilient and future-ready client engagement ecosystem.  
** What you will be doing:**
* ** Strategy & Architecture Leadership:
** Define and maintain target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, reference architectures and design principles across CRM, Marketing Automation, client engagement, servicing and AI-enabled platforms.
* ** Platform Evolution & Modernisation:
** Lead the assessment and evolution of the client engagement technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms remain scalable, resilient, secure and aligned with changing business needs.
* ** Future-State Architecture:
** Develop architectural strategies that enable modern, composable, API-first and cloud-native capabilities while reducing complexity and improving business agility.
* ** AI & Intelligent Engagement Strategy:
** Drive the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities that enhance client engagement, workflow automation, personalisation, content delivery and productivity across client-facing functions.
* ** Business & Technology Partnership:
** Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Data and Operations to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology capabilities and investment priorities.
* ** Architecture Governance & Standards:
** Establish and maintain governance frameworks, architectural standards and technology guardrails that ensure consistency, security, compliance and operational excellence.
* ** Vendor & Platform Strategy:
** Provide architectural leadership for strategic technology partnerships and platform investments, guiding vendor selection, roadmap alignment and long-term technology decisions.
* ** Transformation Leadership:
** Act as the recognised technical authority across major initiatives, influencing architectural decisions, managing technical risk and ensuring successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
