We are looking for Support &
Workshop Supervisor
to overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the support team and workshop function. This role ensures high‑quality customer service, timely technical issue resolution, and efficient workshop repair and refurbishment activities. The position combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong leadership, team development, and operational management skills. The Team Lead drives continuous improvement, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and supports collaboration across engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams.

- Supervise and coordinate all Hexagon A&P activities within the EMEA Support Workshop.
- Ensure timely testing and equipment configuration.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Management to meet project deadlines and equipment delivery requirements.
- Implement and maintain workshop policies, processes, and HSEQ‑compliant procedures to ensure Operational excellency.
- Deliver efficient technical support to internal and external customers.
- Provide and manage regional rotational 24/7 on‑call support as required.
- Align with Marine Operations on active support cases
- Provide Customer Training
- Support and lead global consistency initiatives, including improvements to cross‑region workshops.
- Perform tasks delegated by the EMEA Support Manager
- Diploma or degree in Electronic, Survey, or GNSS‑related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of Workshop or GNSS technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations
- Strong knowledge of GNSS
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for both customers and internal teams.
- Recognized as a trusted liaison between Support, Supply Chain Management and the Marine Business unit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Outgoing and energetic with exceptional people skills in a collaborative environment.
- close attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong multitasker with keen ability to prioritize.
- Perform well under pressure.
- Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience within a support or workshop team.
- Exposure to customer applications using GNSS‑based equipment and 3rd party sensors
- Skilled in delivering in‑person customer training while clearly explaining key concepts and features
- Knowledge of automated testing
