Are you a qualified Solicitor looking to bring your commercial or property law expertise into a purpose-driven organisation? At Lifeways Group
, we are seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused Solicitor to join our in-house Legal Team and support the delivery of vital services across the UK.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Legal to provide timely, high-quality legal advice that supports the commercial success of the business, minimises risk, and ensures compliance across our property and commercial operations.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of agreements including service level agreements, leases, licences, commercial contracts, and data sharing agreements.
• Providing advice on contractual claims, disputes and working with external counsel as needed.
• Supporting strategic initiatives, business growth and contract mobilisations.
• Identifying legal risks and helping to shape policies and procedures that mitigate these risks.
• Assisting with the development of a centralised contract management system.

• UK or Common Law qualified solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Solid grounding in property/real estate and/or commercial law
• Excellent organisational, drafting, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
• Team player with strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities

• Experience in Health & Social Care or Social Housing
• Familiarity with supported living sector contracts
