This international firm boasts a strong reputation across Scotland, with their Corporate team particularly well-regarded in Aberdeen. They are ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500 and seek to add a skilled corporate solicitor to bolster their expanding practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and progression, driving growth with a highly regarded international firm noted for an impressive client base and awards.

You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partner, nurturing local and wider client relationships, and promoting growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.

You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the full spectrum of corporate services.

• An established Corporate Solicitor, with a growing network of connections across Scotland
• Enthused by undertaking a lead role and supporting client tenders/business development
• Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(es) in Scotland
• Strong work ethic and commercial acumen

• Salary up to £90,000 per annum
