Reed are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their clients, an established Aberdeen based Legal Firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. This is a permanent opportunity that is due to start ASAP with a competitive salary available. As part of a large residential conveyancing team, you'll oversee sales, purchases and re-mortgage work to ensure an excellent service is consistently delivered to clients.

A typical day will include:

• Communicating with other legal firms and banks in relation to the conveyancing transaction
• Taking instructions from clients
• Adopting a client focused approach, always working in the best interest of the client
• Drafting, collating and sending supporting legal and financial documents
• Dealing with financial element of transactions
• Receiving and reviewing mortgage instructions from lenders
• Overseeing the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Completing the registration of deeds

You'll bring:

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise work to meet deadlines
• Confident drafting legal documentation and statements of accounting
• Ideally you will have completed your Paralegal qualification although this is not essential
