Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to join a respected private practice where client care truly comes first? A well‑established firm is seeking to add to its Court Team and has an immediate opening for a solicitor with a genuine passion for family law. You’ll bring hands‑on experience appearing in the Sheriff Court across a broad range of matters, including cohabitation claims, divorce, residence and contact disputes, children’s referrals (social work), adoption/permanence, and other family and child law cases.
Whatyou’ll bring:
- At least 1 year of dedicated family law experience
- Confidence and competence in Sheriff Court appearances
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to supporting clients during challenging times
- Full‑time or part‑time working options
