AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Agent in the Aberdeen area to coordinate daily import and export shipments across air, ocean, and surface Freight Forwarding. You will manage communications with customers, carriers, and regulators to ensure compliant and on-time delivery.
You will monitor shipments, prepare quotations, and support with documentation, billing, and KPI compliance while collaborating with local sales and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
