Wireline Resources Co-ordinator

Due to growth, the UK Wireline team are looking for Resource Co-ordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and purchasing support across various areas in the Wireline department. This is a permanent role based in our new Altens premises, Aberdeen.

This role will be responsible to:

• Liase with logistics, workshop, materials and operations personnel to ensure accuracy of IFS movements are maintained, and ERP is updated with all asset locations.
• Assist Operations & Workshop personnel with asset and inventory planning, tracking and reporting.
• Assist in inventory management movements with materials coordinator.
• Run reports from the ERP system (IFS).
• Liase with Workshop & Operations on equipment planning for upcoming and ongoing jobs.
• Support on sourcing and purchase workshop consumables and office supplies as instructed.
• Assist with Capture Goods Receipting and update ERP system.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Previous experience in a coordination, administration, logistics, or workshop support role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS advantageous)
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
