This is a permanent role, with the graduate training programme lasting two years.

The Supply Chain Graduate will play an important role within EnQuest’s Supply Chain team, gaining practical experience across key areas including Contracts, Category Management, Procurement, Logistics, Customs, Materials and Inventory.

This opportunity will provide broad exposure to the supply chain activities that support an International Oil and Gas Operator. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will learn how the sourcing of goods and services, commercial and contractual negotiations, manage suppliers and contracts, coordinate logistics and materials, and support safe, efficient operations.

Based in Aberdeen, the role will involve working with colleagues and stakeholders across our UK operations, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in Supply Chain.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to key supply chain activities and improvement projects, supporting business performance while developing the commercial, analytical and relationship management skills and experience needed to become a Supply Chain professional.

• During the two-year graduate programme, we will provide structured on-the-job training and opportunities to develop practical knowledge and broader business understanding across the organisation.
• Throughout the programme, group learning and personal coaching will be provided to help develop competence, confidence, and personal effectiveness. The programme includes a structured series of modules aligned to the EnQuest Values and incorporates interactive learning events, behavioural development training, and 1:1 coaching.
• A strong mentoring culture, with each graduate assigned a mentor to support their personal and professional development.
