In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, determine when the work needs to be carried out and use all cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all required training, work effectively within a team and when necessary, independently.

You will build positive and productive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service and continually seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean equipment and premises to high standards.
• Follow health and safety and cleaning procedures.
• Work as part of a team, but also autonomously when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.

Qualifications and traits:

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible, open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, and hardworking with a professional attitude.
