Responsibilities

Repairs
Painting
Plumbing
Minor ground maintenance
Regular service inspections
Ensure correct operation of all systems including heating, lighting and fire testing systems

Qualifications and skills

Previous experience in a similar role
Reliable, helpful and courteous
High degree of accuracy when carrying out relevant checks and repairs
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
