• Deliver cleaning services to meet Atlas client specifications on site.
• Inducted and trained within the first week and supplied with necessary equipment.
• Provide a high standard customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials; replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning meets the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards; receive full safety training.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Excited about making a difference.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Are local to the area.
• Have cleaning experience (training provided for suitable candidates).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
