Location: Aberdeen City
Raemoir Manor Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead upkeep, safety and presentation across the home in its new-build setting. You will oversee building systems, plan maintenance, supervise repairs, and manage contractors to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
This leadership role requires strong organisational skills, project management experience, and a proactive, reliable approach to maintain high standards for residents and staff.
