Maintenance Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team located in Aberdeen.

Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems. Perform weekly PPMs such as fire alarm tests, emergency light tests & hazard checks. Repair floor & wall coverings. Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required. Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes on AHUs / FCUs and basic plumbing requirements.

Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Oversee and liaise with contractors across site. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

8:00AM –5:00PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

• Experience working in a high-profile work environment
• Previous fabric experience advantageous
• PC literate
• Good customer relationship skills
