Location: Aberdeen City
Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Property Inspector (Mechanical) for Aberdeen. The role involves site inspections, contractor oversight, and maintaining safety and compliance across public buildings.
You will ensure mechanical plant and equipment are safe and compliant, manage repairs and planned maintenance, and keep accurate records using Microsoft Office.
A valid UK driving licence and relevant boiler/controls qualifications are essential; PVG clearance will be required.
