Overview

Raemoir Manor Care Home is a brand new, purpose built care home in Banchory, opening in Summer 2026. The home will provide residential, dementia, nursing and respite care within a modern, well designed environment, offering a unique opportunity to join a new team and help shape the service from the outset.

Kitchen Porter Contract
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Contracted to full time hours per week
  • Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Responsibilities
  • As Kitchen Porter, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
  • You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times.
  • This role offers a consistent routine and the opportunity to build or develop your experience within a supportive and well organised kitchen environment.

  • Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
