The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to support a busy, client-facing site within a major industrial environment.
This is a hands-on, supervisory-level role where you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services, ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of facilities management services across the site
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries and operational issues
- Coordinate contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures
- Assist in overseeing maintenance, cleaning, and site services
- Support reporting, scheduling, and general FM administration
- Previous experience in a facilities management role
- Experience working in a client-facing, supervisory capacity
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with in industrial or oil & gas environments
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Long-term opportunity (12-month+ contract)
