Construction Project Manager

A progressive and people focused principal contractor is looking to appoint experienced Project Managers to support its continued growth across major facade remediation projects. • Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

• Overseeing contract and project management of significant envelope cladding schemes.
• Responsible for risk management, site activities, health and safety adherence, and compliance.
• Ensuring projects run efficiently within agreed timelines and financial parameters.
• Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.

• Minimum 5 years' specific experience in envelope cladding.
• Solid technical and contractual knowledge with strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability in managing project teams, subcontractors, and client interactions.
• Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
