This is an adhoc contract, on-site role for a Coach at Salos Sunesis who operate globally. The Coach will provide expertise in well site performance, offering guidance to ensure safe and efficient project delivery. Responsibilities include delivering performance coaching, conducting technical training, supporting procedural reviews, and optimizing operational practices. The individual will collaborate with teams to enact behavioral changes and improve operational outcomes.

• Experience in performance coaching, technical training, and team leadership within the oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of HPHT, Managed Pressure Drilling, and Deepwater operations
• Strong skills in operational readiness, technical reviews, and procedural writing
• Ability to foster behavioral changes and motivate teams toward high-performance and safety standards
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in high-pressure, on-site environments
• Relevant certifications in well operations or drilling processes are a plus
