Our client is hiring a Site Manager to join their team.
Duties- Managing small teams of operatives completing concrete repairs on multi storey high rise buildings.
- Coordinating daily activities & monitoring progress.
- Maintaining daily reporting & diaries.
- Managing repair logs.
- Managing plant, small tools & materials.
- Encourage safe working practices.
- Construction Management
- Programming
- Concrete Repair/ Structural knowledge a benefit
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS/ SSSTS card.
- Computer literate.
- Demonstrate and maintain effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Ability to follow the company management systems.
