Position Purpose

As ROV Crewing Coordinator you will be part of the ROV Operations department, responsible for managing crewing assignments across all Saipem ROV worksites and projects, working closely with the ROV Personnel Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and select ROV personnel for projects (local and worldwide) in collaboration with the ROV Crewing Supervisor.
  • Interface with ROV Project Managers, ROV Offshore Superintendents regarding crew mobilization, selection, availability, and feedback.
  • Work closely with the in‑house recruitment team on the selection of ROV agency personnel.
  • Update Personnel Logistics team for the mobilisation/demobilisation of ROV crews in accordance with project requirements.
  • Become familiar with the in‑house ROV competency scheme (CAAS) to ensure staff are utilised at correct competency levels.
  • Liaise with the Project and ROV Teams, HR, and Training/CAAS Team to confirm all required certificates, competencies, and project‑specific training are met, following Saipem protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of individual ROV employee strengths.
  • Build constructive relationships with Saipem colleagues worldwide, attending regular meetings and visits where feasible.
  • Advise management/HR on employment issues raised by ROV employees.
  • Support the ROV Personnel Supervisor in updating the in‑house crewing system for all worksites to assign staff and agency personnel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with a personnel logistics background.
  • Strong personnel management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resource planning and scheduling capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
Employment Details
  • Contract role (PAYE) full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
