Overview

Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the centre, including workshop, front-of-house, and service delivery
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and customer service staff
Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalations effectively
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About you

Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
Strong experience in a supervisory or management role in automotive environment is essential
Experience with in an automotive environment is essential

Hours

You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required.

Pay

Annual salary is between £40k - £45k. Plus perm benefits.
