Workshop Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Aberdeen on a full-time permanent basis working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

As a Shift Supervisor you will supervise and work as part of a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring job cards are processed in a timely manner and work is completed to the required standards.

Do you have experience within an HGV workshop environment?

• Oversee and ensure that all MAN processes are followed correctly and all health and safety rules are being adhered to.
• Act as the main link between the managers and wider team, and serve as a key point of contact for customers where required.
• Assist with planning and relevant training and development for the workshop staff, ensuring good communication & information flow between the front desk and Service staff.

• Experience in a HGV workshop environment and knowledge of a working service workshop.
• Previous experience managing teams, preferably on multiple shifts.
• Clean HGV/LGV licence desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of transport industry and workshop procedures.
