We are recruiting a Trade Branch Manager to lead their own branch and team to deliver excellence. Our Trade Branch Managers develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience while driving sales and market share.

Working Hours: 44 per week (Permanent) – 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday (rotational).

Salary & Bonus: £36,000 basic salary per year with a realistic total earnings potential of up to £45,984 per year.

Location: Site‑based.

• Lead the branch and develop a small team.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently.
• Build relationships with customers and enhance sales and customer experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and staff to deliver excellence.
• Manage team absences and deployment.
• Support regional teams with recruitment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards to achieve branch sales targets.
• Support training and maintain training records for branch staff.

• Hands‑on, leading by example and driving the team to reach sales and branch targets.
• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• Customer‑focused approach, proactive engagement with potential customers.
• Commercial mindset to drive sales, maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong organisational, drive and leadership skills to manage a branch effectively.
• A full, valid driving licence is essential.
• Strong management skills and experience leading a team.
• Experience in a similar management role – ideally in a trade, builders’ merchant, retail, glazing or uPVC environment is a distinct advantage.
