Operations Manager – Aberdeen FWC
Fixed‑term, full time (up to £36,000 depending on experience). 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal audit requirements.
- Support the General Manager with technical support and guidance.
- Continuously improve site standards.
- Embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams.
- Nurture team confidence and pride to promote our services to members.
- Recruit and develop colleagues who help deliver quality and commercial goals.
- Operational background in leisure or hospitality.
- National Pool Lifeguard‑Qualified Assessor with proven performance management and team‑leading experience.
- Health and safety qualification (ideal).
