Blue Steps Connect is seeking an Interim Head of Adult Social Care Quality Assurance to oversee a critical quality assurance function during a significant transition back in-house. This role requires an experienced interim with extensive knowledge in adult social care quality assurance and a proven ability to develop and implement effective quality frameworks.
The successful candidate will redesign governance and oversight structures, manage workforce implications, and focus on proactive oversight while building capacity through recruitment and leadership advancements.
