We are seeking a Talent Transformation PMO (Associate Director/Senior Manager) who will play a critical role in enabling the success of this transformation. Reporting to the UKI Talent Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for the programme management office (PMO) that underpins the delivery of key initiatives. - Monitor and measure programme success, tracking KPIs and outcomes to ensure progress is visible and benefits are realised.
- Act as a centre of excellence for programme/project management within Talent, embedding best practices, tools and methodologies.
- Partner with colleagues across UKI, Super Region and Global Talent to ensure alignment and share best practices.
- Lead and coach project managers and team members, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all transformation initiatives, maintaining ethical and legal considerations.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for transformation initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Proven programme/project management expertise, ideally in HR/Talent or transformation contexts.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance project tracking and reporting capabilities.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to engage with senior leaders confidently and credibly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
