Location: Aberdeen City
Fawkes and Reece is hiring a Freelance Site Manager in Aberdeen for an 8-week contract focusing on M&E upgrades of a retail store. The candidate will oversee subcontractors, liaise with clients, and monitor site progress.
Ideal applicants will possess M&E experience, relevant certifications like CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid, with a minimum of 4 years in a Site Manager role. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
Salary is competitive at a day rate of £270 to £290, with weekly payment.
