Full accountability for the Delivery team, leading and inspiring a team of front‑line colleagues to work efficiently and provide excellent service at the doorstep. You will manage people, plan resources, and drive performance improvement, partnering with Trade Union to raise standards. You will deliver every item accurately and on time, ensuring customer trust.

Shift pattern: 41 hours Monday to Saturday with rolling day off 06:00 - 14:42.

We are looking for a customer‑focused, team‑player, results‑driven leader who can excel under pressure. You must:

• Have experience managing a delivery or operational team.
• Demonstrate strong coaching, motivating and collaborative skills.
• Be able to use data to drive improvements and implement innovative work practices.
• Understand and promote inclusivity, living our values in a positive work environment.
