Are you good with people and have a 'can do' attitude? This could be the opportunity for you! John Clark Motor Group are seeking a pro-active, customer focused Bodyshop General Manager for our Accident Repair Centre in Aberdeen, who will be responsible for running an extremely pro-active, busy Accident Repair Centre and SMART while maximising production at all times.

This is a fantastic chance to join a leading Accident Repair Centre within the Automotive Industry. The successful Accident Repair General Manager will have a previous working experience as a General Manager within a similar environment and will have strong leadership and communication skills.

We are looking for an Accident Repair General Manager who is a strong team player as you will be working closely with the productive staff and planning and prioritising the flow of work through the Accident Repair Centre and on-site SMART facility.

About you

Experience and understanding in all aspects of running an Accident Repair Centre and SMART.

Key Performance measures are critical for the performance of the Accident Repair Centre, pro active management of KPI's is essential for this role.

This is a results driven, forward-thinking, people orientated person.

Working knowledge of Audatex and Autoflow management platforms would an advantage.
