- Leisure is seeking a hands-on Leisure Operations Manager to oversee a 4,000-member club, leading a passionate team on the club floor and behind the scenes. You will supervise facilities, poolside, manage maintenance with contractors, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting commercial targets.
A work-to-live approach complements a 40-hour week, five days across shifts from early morning to late evening.
