Trainee Branch Manager – Max Spielmann

Starting at £27,040 per annum, increasing to £27,144 after successful trial period.
Uncapped weekly bonus available.

This role is on behalf of Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson group, a high‑street service retailer. You will run the branch located within Asda on Beach Boulevard, utilizing your initiative to provide a range of photographic services such as prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts and Photoshop.

• Run the retail branch and oversee daily operations.
• Deliver photographic services to customers, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Apply management and customer service training received.

Previous experience in customer‑focused roles is preferred but not essential – full training is provided. The successful candidate will have a strong personality, good communication skills, a drive to succeed and a professional appearance.

Working Hours:

Full time, fully flexible, 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available after training.
