Village Hotels is seeking a hands-on Leisure Operations Manager to lead our 4,000-member leisure club. You’ll be on the floor with the team, driving guest experience and hitting commercial targets, not stuck at a desk.
You will supervise pool facilities, ensure safety standards, and coordinate maintenance. A flexible 40-hour week across 5 days, including early starts and late finishes, is required to keep the club running smoothly.
