Newburn Ltd is one of the largest and most progressive GP practices in the North East of Scotland, delivering primary care services to approximately 45,000 patients across three practice sites.

Our patient population spans Aberdeen city centre, Northfield, a significant University of Aberdeen student population, and the communities of Fyvie and Oldmeldrum in Aberdeenshire. This diverse demographic creates a varied and rewarding healthcare environment serving patients with a wide range of needs.

We employ a workforce of approximately 120 staff, including:

• 3 Experienced Practice Managers
• 18 GPs
• 15 ANPs
• A growing team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
• Practice Nurses and Treatment Room Nurses
• Physiotherapists
• Mental Health Nurses
• Care Navigation teams
• Administrative and operational support teams
• Experience working within a healthcare environment would be advantageous

As a teaching and training practice, we are committed to supporting the future workforce and regularly host FY2 doctors and GP Specialty Trainees.

Due to relocation of one of our current Practice Managers we have an exciting opportunity to lead a complex and dynamic organisation, managing a workforce of approximately 120 staff and working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary leadership team to shape the future delivery of primary care across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We are seeking a new Practice Manager to join our established team.

Previous experience within the NHS or primary care is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong leadership and operational management experience who can bring fresh perspectives and transferable skills to our organisation.
