Location: Aberdeen City
Matrixx Solutions is seeking an experienced offshore operational leader to drive the embedding of Work Management and Activity Planning across North Sea offshore operations. This is not a traditional planning or scheduling role.
The successful candidate will coach offshore teams, observe current practices, reinforce expectations and help leaders create a culture where work is planned, prepared, scheduled and executed in a disciplined and predictable manner.
