Project Manager – Subsea Cables

• Support new project tender acquisition and project execution within DOF’s Construction Service Line
• Manage assigned subsea cable project scopes from execution through project close-out
• Lead and coordinate project teams across technical and commercial activities
• Act as a key interface with clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinate internal project reporting and communicate project performance
• Take responsibility for project cost, schedule, quality, and safety
• Support contract and change management activities
• Manage project close-out and handover responsibilities
• Support project development activities
• Promote and demonstrate a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across project activities

• Relevant professional qualification or degree
• Formal project management training or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years' experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing multidisciplinary scopes involving cable pull-in activities, chartered CTVs, termination and testing, and offshore operations management
• Broad technical understanding of subsea cable installation
• Previous experience delivering projects within a technical execution environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective planning and organisational capability
• Sound judgement and decision-making skills

Demonstrates expertise in managing subsea cable projects, ensuring effective execution, cost control, and adherence to safety standards. Possesses strong communication and organizational skills to lead project teams and interface with stakeholders effectively.
