About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of large and complex programmes consisting of multiple interdependent projects and work streams.

You will be accountable for ensuring programmes are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while achieving agreed business outcomes and contractual commitments. Working closely with customers delivery teams PMO functions suppliers and executive stakeholders you will provide strategic leadership governance and commercial oversight across the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes ensuring strategic objectives and business benefits are achieved.

• Establish and maintain effective programme governance reporting risk management and assurance activities.

• Manage programme financial performance including budgets forecasting profitability and commercial commitments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers executives suppliers and key stakeholders while acting as the primary escalation point.

• Lead coach and develop programme teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
